Ways to spice up the NFL draft...

I personally would like to see the NFL draft be changed up so that it would be more suspenceful. Take the bottom 5 teams, put their names in a hat and pull out the 1st five teams draft order. Of course this needs to be done and then immediately put the team with the first pick on the clock. This would put some eagerness on teams.....

Imagine Tampa Bay, Minnesota, Washington, Indy and Cleveland all having a shot at the top pick......

Would Indy have let Peyton go if they had a 1in5 shot at the top pick?
