In District 30AAA I am not sure of the final score but Rockport-Fulton beat Aransas Pass. What this does with Sinton's win tonight is make Sinton and Goliad Co-Champions with a one game playoff to be determined who represents the district in first and second places. Aransas Pass and Rockport Fulton are tied for third and fourth places but Aransas Pass gets the third place playoff spot by future of having beaten Rockport-Fulton twice in district competition.

I was told Rockport-Fulton score was that they beat Goliad 9 to 5. It was a tight four team district race and it is a shame that one of them had to not make it. This time is was Rockport-Fulton but what a great way for them to end the season by beating Goliad though.

SHS I got the following information from the Corpus Christi Caller/Times

In District 31AAA it was West Oso 3 Lyford 2 in 8 innings. Robstown beat Raymondville 6 to 1 and Orange Grove beat Corpus Christi Miller 12 to 2 in 6 innings.

I will double check and correct but I think Lyford is the District Champion and Robstown is second. West Oso and Raymondville are tied for third place and will be meeting for a tiebreaker game to determine who gets the third place in the playoffs.

Yes SHS and Sinton won 6-3 and represents as first place team and Goliad as second place team. I don't know who or when they meet in the playoffs but Sinton gets the bye even though they may have a warmup game. But maybe not with Star test this week.
