Soutwest vs American Airlines

Just wanted to say Southwest kicks American airline butt. We fly often and today was another example of why I dont use American Airlines for my employees. My son flew back home from an Easter vacation and someone else booked his return with American. First flight didnt happen today 1.5 hours late. People were unorganized and rude Southwest is so much better in my opinion.

Don't get me started on AA. Their motto seems to be "we aren't happy until you're not happy". Not every experience is bad but when it is, it is terrible.
I have seen Southwest pilots help clean the cabin in order to speed the "turn" and I've also seen pilots push patrons in wheelchairs. They aren't perfect but compared to AA, they seem to be.
