The Sinton Lady Pirates beat the Goliad Lady Tigers 8 to 7 in an exciting game and a big and much needed win for Sinton. It was a rough game with Sinton leady 6 to 5 goint into the 7th inning and Goliad scored 2 runs with 2 outs to take a 7 to 6 lead but Sinton scored 2 in the bottom of the seventh to win a great game. Due to the holidays the crowd was small but those of us there had a big treat and a great game. This puts Sinton at 4-3 and Goliad at 5-2 with three games left in a tight district race.
