I grew up in Tolar, we didn't have a water tower so we had to spray paint the railroad overpass.

We don't have a water tower in Gilmer, either. We have deep well water with pumping stations. Our cisterns are actually on a mountain east of town hidden from view. We have very high water pressure, too. Probably a little too high at times.
