K-Bob in Wharton opening Tuesday

Lookiing forward to eating a good steak at the K-Bob which opens Tuesday in the old Chili's in front of Walmart in Wharton.

Ate at the one in Brenham many moons ago

Guess I'm gonna have to make a stop when I go back through Wharton.

I hope its better than the one that re-opened in Beeville. Frozen chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes made from a box, and very high prices.

Went to eat there around 6 p.m. today and it was just starting to get crowded. Service was fantastic with at least 12 workers. Cost me and my wife $48 with a tip and we split a 16 ounce Rib Eye plus salad bar and tea
We shared a baked potato and green beans

They didn't have their liquor license yet.
