I must be really out of the loop but I just now read about this....what a sad sad story...the citizen patrol dude sounds like a straight up nut job listening to the 911 calls...

It is tragic indeed. But we have to let the facts come out first. Way too many opinions out there now and some are trying to take advantage of it politically. :(

It is tragic that one man is dead. It becomes even more tragic if everyone rushes to judgement. Apparently the shooter is not a flight risk, so the police and attorneys should be allowed to do their jobs.

That is true. Remember the Duke Lacross team that was a national championship contender that lost out on a season because a woman acused several team members of attacking her while others did nothing. A nationwide cry of foul including Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton and then it later turned out she was lying too late to save the season. Even then Al and Jesse blamed the prosecutor for deceiving them but they and everyone should have knowed better than to rush to judgement until the trial and facts are in. JJ has a point .
