I just put my tomato plants out Sunday and they are floating off.

5" in Burnet / Bertram , no school today for Burnet , 2 hr delay for Marble Falls . Hope it will put some water in the lakes....

Thats good stuff. I bet it puts water in the lakes for sure. Our lake has gone from 16.5' low to 9.0' in the last month. All the rivers and tanks are full. If we can just keep getting some rains every couple of weeks, it will fill up before summer.

Dont know how much Buchanan will get out of it but they have flood gates open on LBJ and Marble Falls . LCRA is saying that Travis should come up anywhere from 6ft to 13ft. Kingsland area got between 3 and 4 inches also.

Just 1" in Ingleside and Aransas Pass. Better than nothing.

According to the great Doc Deason here are a few rainfall totals since midnight-

Tyler, 3.46"
Jacksonville, 2.86"
Longview, 1.39"

Generally had 3+ inches in the Gonzales County area. Looking at nearly 20 inches of rain since December. It really is nice to be able to say that it is extremely wet in our area after all the drought we have been experiencing.

Around 3" at my house, maybe slightly over by now, but there's supposedly a little more on the way. I'm not going to complain a bit about it.....

Bluebonnets are outstanding in that area.
