I appreciate and thank Mr McNair and the Texans organization for giving me the opportunity to play. I will miss the Texans fans and most Importantly my teammates. I have no time to get down, focus is on getting healthy and being ready to go again! #believe

I dont think so. I hope Schab is the future. Should have a lot of years if healthy.

Adios to the lefty Leinert. I can say I don't disagree with this move. Probably best for Leinert as well, considering Yates is #2 in the depth chart now.

I have never been a fan of Leinart, but he seemed to mature during his time under Kubiak. Too bad about the injury, it would have been interesting to see if/how much he had improved over the last two years. Although the cheesy mustache he was sporting this year was tough to look at.......I hope he shaves. Best of luck to him.....being a career NFL back up is not a bad gig.
