The network show starts are 5 pm on CBS. Of course, Espn will be having their breakdown of the brackets, too. I usually flip it back and forth to catch differing points of view of how the teams got seeded the way they did. There's always some team(s) left out of the mix that deserved to be in. This year, there are 3 play-in games to give a few bubble teams an opportunity to get in. It's a way of giving the smaller conferences with good teams a way to make the field, esp. if that conference's best team got upset in their tourney and another lesser team won the automatic bid instead.

You hardly "deserve" to be in if you weren't clearly one of the top 64 teams.

That's a strange statement. How do you know who the best 64 teams really are? They don't use records only, as you know. It's a proven fact that many times teams get left out of the NCAA tourney that were better than some that got in on at-large bids. Naturally, we are not talking about the automatic bid teams here.
