Well, heckfire! Let's get us a beef, and have us a good ol' Texas BarBQ. We really should have some sort of celebration in Texas for this occasion. Dos de Marche???

Gives me a case of the red a$$ when bars have Shiner listed on the import section of the menu.

Hunting the elusive giant Whitetail across this great state, preferably on low-fenced, free-ranging land. I esp. like doing my own set-ups in country that is very wild and has not been hunted much in the last 10 years. Those places do exist, but are difficult to find. I've managed to find a few, and they make for an awesome experience.

Cooper's BBQ in LLano. When I used to fly I would fly to Llano specifically to eat there. Cooper's even furnishes a courtesy car at the airport and there seemed to always be multiple people wanting a lift.
