Did you get to watch this one? How well did Alvarado match up? The last few games I have seen, Bates has had to carry the scoring. Sometimes Handy is on and X is pretty consistent, but not a high scorer. I also see where Liberty Hill is ranked in the top 10 with only three losses this year. Since Alvarado has had the football players back and at full strength, I believe our losses are to Wilmer Hutchins, (2 in the caprock classic I think Frenship which is highly ranked in 4A), and now Liberty Hill. I think we got a shot to get to regionals but would be tough to win R1.
