I think Balfour has already moved their main offices to Stephenville. They've already got their rings ordered for this year, and have already started on designing next year's rings.:stirpot::1popcorn:

The Ville payed to relocate the headquarters there during the early 90's, guess that why the district can't afford a field of their own.
