Atlanta has never shied away from stiff competition. I remember in '03 Atlanta was 2-3 going into district, swept their district, then proceeded to dominate their way to a state championship. Their new coach (this will be his second year) has them headed in the right direction for sure. The Rabbits will be a senior laden team with loads of speed (as usual) this year, so I don't doubt that they will be a stiff test for a young (at the skill positions) Buckeye team. It'll be interesting to see if the Buckeyes can continue their dominance over Atlanta this coming year.

A lot of really great games on their schedule. It's going to be a fun year for Gilmer fans.

I don't know whose schedule is tougher...Gilmer or Henderson. Or Kilgores? I have no idea what Chapel Hill's looks like. Let's just say whether you are D1 or D2 coming out of District 16, you may have a few bumps and bruises, and maybe a loss or two.

I will be difficult season for anyone to have a 10-0 in Dist. 16...and a playoff caliber team will start basketball early this year.
