Question about AD's/ HC's

So, when a new AD/HC comes in, how much freedom does he have to make changes to the existing staff? Is that dependent on whatever agreements were established with the new AD/HC?....Just curious.

All depends. Getting rid of a coach, I don't care what agreement he made with the board, they still have to follow contract law which might mean paying off the coach he wants to let go. Moving them around between sports/positions? Yeah, as long as it doesn't affect their money (stipends), most AD/HC's are allowed to do this on a regular basis.

Word is that TD will get to bring in OC , DC and 1 Assist , I would guess something along those lines in Burnet also. Just a guess though.

So if you believe there will be changes in Burnet, who do you predict they will be. You seem to have a pretty good idea of this. Enlighten us.
