Not that you wanted my opinion, but there is nothing that annoys me more than for music or ads to automatically start playing when I go to a website. What format is the site php, html, cfm...?

Not that you wanted my opinion, but there is nothing that annoys me more than for music or ads to automatically start playing when I go to a website. What format is the site php, html, cfm...?

it is mostly html, i am an IT genius, except for web design (because im not creative) and apparently directv networking (blah)...

it is for a band, i am going to try and convince him to have it not play automatically but have the player on the home page so users can listen to songs if they want to

Try this but change [] to angle brackets.

that will play one song over and over again...
want it to autoplay a tune and then list others that can be played once the first one is done and have the option to start/pause/skip songs...
