Does anyone have any insight or knowledge about Coach Sammy Burnet? He coached at Honey Grove last season and I heard he has a history of some pretty good programs as an assistant. I read in the paper he played for Gordon Wood in Brownwood as a high school player. Any of you Brownwood folks know about this guy? Was this a good hire for a Farmersville program that dropped down to 2A?
