Actually, you may even want to look at Krum, which is just outside the Northwest side of Denton. It's countryfied and small but only about 10 mins. to I35. It's very close, and Krum just went 3a. They will be in the same District 9 as Decatur, Bridgeport, Gainesville, and Sanger. It would be worth checking out.
