Why did Amarillo River Road opt up?

There are several 2A schools in the Panhandle.
They would have been in with Bushland, Muleshoe, Littlefield, etc...
Anyone got the scoop on this?

UIL will penalize a student for transferring for athletic reasons, but it's ok for a school to do it. Makes perfect sense because it's the UIL.
