It does not surprise me at ALL!! The only good thing about Hightower is that you WILL win. He only has 3 coaches in Athletic period, and he is one of the 3. The school and admin are a mess, as is the entire district. I would also guarantee that Texas City would be a HUGE pay raise from Fort Bend.

Lots of positives to the Texas City gig. I'm sure the pay is top-notch, they have a new school, and its a one horse town. Plus, from what I understand, they were very young this year and very talented. Can't really blame any of these guys for going after it.

If it's not Lynch, you know they've done bumped their head. The Guy should have gotten a head coach job a long time ago. He's kinda like the porta-can guy; he knows his $hit. Lol.

Damn, if this district don't start compensating when it's deserved, we will never keep a good coach here. We get a good two year group of very talented kids along with a good AD and when his resume is good enough to deserve more money he has to look elsewhere. Good luck surv, you've helped make history here and a lot of good memories to look back on.

I hope he doesn't drag anybody else. We don't need a complete rollover in the program. There will be too much continuity lost if that happens.
