As crappy as it is, this is pretty much all the fault of Dublin DP and they had it coming.

It's being sold for insane prices on eBay. I saw one case being offered for $9,999! :eek:

Pretty sure you will still be able to get it in the future. If anything Dublin DP rebrands themselves.

What are the laws on owning a recipe? Since I assume DP Snapple would own it now.

Most of the bottling was done in Temple anyways. The plant in Dublin ran once a month.

According to that you will still be able to get it, it just won't be labeled with Dublin.
