This is shaping up to be a high scoring game-Score is Baylor 21, Washington 14 - Early in the 2nd quarter.

Griffin is unstoppable for the Bears so far

Im sure Im biased here, but RGIII sure does remind me of Greg Ward(John Tyler QB).

What a game this is turning out to be-Both teams may combine for over 1,000 yards in total offense

BU defense looks totally confused?

Full of offensive action, that's for sure. You could probably expect Baylor's D to have trouble against the Wash. quick offense. I guess they don't do too well against the Baylor offense in practices. Looks like RGIII will have to carry the team tonite,,,,,,again.

Perhaps "confused" wasn't the right word!!!

Here's the new totals for the game thru 3 quarters completed. Total points scored = 102. Total offensive yds. net =1150+ Just amazing. They said the record for a bowl game was 125 total pts. scored by I forget the teams they named. But this one looks every bit like a record looming. Stay tuned.

Just got in from the Rockets/Spurs game and figured this one would have close to being over. Wow, this game is crazy with still the 4th quarter left to play. And I'm liking those matte finished helmets Baylor is rockin too. Nice...

Well, there you go sportsfans. Lots of records set tonite for the Baylor Bears, and the totals are astounding. A total of 133 pts scored in a what ? 67-56 Baylor win??? Just WOW for Heisman winner RGIII on his way to a top 5 pick in the NFL. Why come back? He can't top this season, no way. And a 10 win season for the Bears ties a Baylor record under Grant Teaff. And a record for points scored in a bowl game. And a record amount of offensive yards of total offense of well over 1300 yds. And this record for this team, and that record for that team. Unbeleeeevable. JUST WOW!! Congrats to the Baylor Bears on a banner season, and to Art Briles for being Art Briles.

1300+ yards?? Last time that much ground was given up in North America, we purchased Louisiana.

Wish Baylor could get Mike Singletary to come back and coach the defense. Great game by RG3 and the rest of the Bears team. Congrats on a sensational year.

We've seen what Mike Singletary can do as a coach. I think Baylor's better off without him. Looked to me like it was just a matter of getting better players on that side of the ball. Scheme wasn't bad, players just couldn't keep up.

Went to bed after the third quarter and just finished watching it this morning on DVD-Great offensive game by both teams. I was almost right that one team may need 70 points to win it.

The Longhorns need to develop an offense like this. if Fozzy Whitaker had not been hurt, he would have had a geat season andthe Horns would have had at least 2 more wins.

It took 8 minutes for ESPN Sports Center to just show the highlights! I was flipping back and forth between this and the Mavs and the scores were about the same on both channels for crying out loud! And Mr Wright from Brownsboro, is going to make some professional quarterback very happy next year!

If they had Robert Griffin they probably would...

I'm sure both teams would've scored even more if the locker rooms had been bigger and they had better replay screens...:)

It was a gret win for the Bears. And RGIII should grow pro while the money is good. It would be financially risky to not do so plus the injury risk.
