yeah i read the scouted him for 3 years. Did YU have a long term contract and that is why the Rangers had to buy the right to negotiate with him?

Japan has a strange set up..basically once u play in their league if your from Japan they have your rights for so many years and they have to be paid for chance to talk to player

I still dont see the love of Feliz as a starter..he has no 2nd pitch..or 3rd...If they think he is mind blown because of game 6, trade him.

I know the Rangers want to see him in the rotation so I think they stick to that plan then go from there. It's certainly a nice problem to have.
