This is according to a Bleecher's Article I read a few days ago. These are schools that get more than their share of top state recruits and most of the ones that really want. They don't get them all but generally get a large majority of them. They sometimes also have success out of state. True they lose some to in state rivals and others to out of state schools but not as many as they succeed getting. Remember this is just the top five and their are other schools that do too. Some though like Notre Dame recruit nation wide. The top five are:
5. Georgia
4. Ohio State
3. Southern California especially in the southern part of the state.
