Which teams dropping down will make an impact in 3a?

I think that there are two teams that have come to mind immediately to most folks on here, but one of them is actually a move up from 2A. Jasper went to the D2 quarterfinals in 4A and has a lot of its skill position people returning, not to mention Jorrie Adams, who is touted by some recruiting services as maybe the top offensive line prospect in the nation, let alone the state. Celina, which has joined us from 2A, is riding a remarkable 57-game winning streak and is expected to win its district and advance deep into the playoffs. I think Chapel Hill and Borger will have more impact than people are predicting.
