2007 My oldest son played in SC game for China Spring against Celina in the last high school game played at Texas Stadium. Lost 21-14

And after Gilmer lost there again in the 2007 SC to Liberty Hill 38-13, many Gilmer fans vowed never, ever to visit Floyd Casey Stadium again.

Can we get a loud "Amen!" from our east texas brethren the Longview Lobos as I believe they lost back-to-back SC games to Lake Travis in 2008 and 2009 both at Floyd Casey Stadium.

FC just seems to be unkind to east texas teams ... However, Kendall Wright from Pittsburg, TX seems to have made it a really nice place for himself and that somewhat talented QB that Baylor has. :)
