The defense is playing good. Jax's only td came on a fumble recovery for a td on the second play of the game. But, I agree, run, run, run.

They are not throwing the ball to Andre Johnson-He just should have stayed back in Houston

Del Rio should have been screaming for a time out instead of having McCown rush that play. But I'll gladly take this win in spite of the poor offensive production.

Offense missed out on 13 consecutive 3rd down conversions-Played too conservartive
Texans need to find another QB for next week if Linehart can't play

Man your not kidding...maybe they can go Bears style and play great D, run the ball and big special teams plays

as far as being to conservative Ex-Scoop..what do you want them to do? air it out with 3rd string QB who had little work all year?

offense played conservatively because jacksonville's offense is terrible and the only way houston could have lost would have been due to turnovers
so, they don't give yates a chance to turn the ball over
right decision, imo, since houston won

also, yates looked pretty good on the only series that they let him loose on, the one right after he came in the game before the half and led us into field goal range

they weren't going to let him loose like that in the second half with a ten point lead already, since the texans defense was playing well enough that 20 points was enough to guarantee a win

Awww crap. Better go out and get Favre. Yates isn't the answer and neither is Clemens. Need an experienced game manager under center that can get the ball to play-makers and minimize turnovers. Favre could work if Kubiak can keep a tight leash on him.
