And predicting that navasota beats chapel hill tonight. We'll see if I eat my words, but I just wanted to be on record before the game got going

Mighty bold prediction, Saggy, but you keep picking the underdog, and you are gonna win some!

haha, Rattlers nearly pulled it off. They led 46-41 in the 4th but gave up a late TD that sealed the deal when they were trailing by 3. Ended up losing 56-46. They almost made me look like a genius.

What a heart breaker for the rattlers though. :(

Yep. It hurts. A fumble recovery by Chill on the opening kickoff that the replay showed was CLEARLY out of bounds led to one TD, and the first Rattler pass was intercepted after the Rattler receiver was pushed from behind while trying to get to the ball. That led to the next score. Down 13-0 before a minute had even run off the clock. I am proud of them for battling back and tying it up several times, and even taking the lead. I just feel like getting behind so early made Fedora completely abandon the run. Out of all the possessions in the second half, we ran the ball ONCE. It was a keeper by Kadarius Baker on a 1st down. Absolutely NO run plays except for that one in the entire second half. Hell, even Houston and Texas Tech run the ball at least once per series.
