27 West Orange Stark

I’ve checked these numbers a couple of times and believe they are accurate. Note that Massey rates Celina at # 5 in 3A and Henderson at # 7, but predicts Henderson to win over Celina 35 to 33. It did the same earlier when it picked Estacado at # 20 to win over Monahans at # 18. It seems strange to say that this team is ranked higher, but picked to lose to the lower ranked team. The logic there is probably the reason I am not a mathmatician!

Good stuff OldNavy.

I sure hope the Brownwood/Monahans game will be one of those red exceptions this week! :D

I'm hoping the same thing about Celina/Henderson. OMG, I'm feeling the same way as a Brownwood Poster! I guess I shouldn't be surprised, we have at least 7 other things in common. :):):):):):):)

I know that! But, Brownwood only has 7, so we have 7 things in common! I guess it ain't funny if you have to 'splain it.

I'm actually pulling for Celina... I would love for someone to quiet the "East Texas" speed hooplah. Celina not only has speed, but lots of POWER.

... that's all.

Yea, Carthage crushes Henderson and now Henderson has shot past them in rankings. I guess because Carthage has not run up the score since they haven't lost or been pushed at all.

I think Massey gives extra emphasis to how a team plays now as compaired to weeks ago. Henderson blasted a top 10 Lindale, and Carthage beat a not even a top 30 North Forney. If you win out, you ranking will be State champ with a win head to head against Henderson. What else is there? Of course if another team wins D1 now you can start wonderng who is the best?
