As I have gotten a little older I have started to eat a litlle better so I now stick with chicken or lean beef on the smoker. However, not so long ago some of my favorites were Jalapeno and cheese sausage, jalapeno poppers, brisket, or good ole fashion burgers. What is your favorite tailgate item?

I've been eating healthier, too, for the most part. BUT, when it comes to tailgating, I'll have whatever is being cooked. I just make up for the potential lack of healthiness in other ways & at other meals. Anything in moderation... ;)

All good stand-bys and favs, but kabobs are hard to beat for when you need something quick and tasty.
