Yes, this is a nice perk to go this one, possibly breaking a long standing Texas HS record held by Mr. Hall.

I hear Wharton don't travel very well, so---the Sinton location might be big enough. From what I see, and I could be wrong, but--Victoria Memorial Stadium appears available for a game on Saturday. Regardless where they play it, please leave it set for Saturday.

I still don't have a good feeling about the amount if people that will be going to this game. If we bring with us the same amount of fans (close to 5000 at Liberty Hill and growing), some fans may not have a seat to watch this game. Let's say that Wharton has 2000-3000 and Sinton brings another 1000 local fans where are we going to put them? What is the capacity there on Sinton ?

I've been to two of their playoff games back in 2002 and 2003 and it was a low turnout at both games. Sinton website says it holds 5k but they can add extra seating like they have for playoff games. It was able to hold a 4a game with Calallen/Beeville and even the Sinton/West Columbia game last year. Big difference when a game is nearby than if its 3 hrs away to still have the same fan base.

It's restricted I believe to prevent "fly by nighters" appearing to sway a vote and never be heard from again. That's just my take why you have to have 100 post's before voting.
