It was a clean break just above the ankle according to sources, ( those sources being my son), so if that is wrong I will let you know. He is good friends with him.
He is a junior so will be back next year. Hopefully he will heal quickly!

Awful news for the young man, very sorry to hear, please pass along our best wishes and prayers sent for a quick and full recovery. At least he will have a senior season. Hard to end a season with an injury of any magnitude.

I cracked my ankle bone my sr. year with 2 games left and was in a cast for awhile, but was completely healed by baseball season, and went on to have a great season. Lost no speed at all. This young man will probably do the same and be ready to go next year.
