57-40. Final. Turnovers the big factor. Van-5, Gilmer-1. Two good teams. when you turn the ball over that much, good teams make you pay and they did. Sad for my former Van players, but they had a great year. Congrats to Gilmer. Much deserved.

Big Congrats to all the Bux faithful out there. You talked the talk and walked the walk against a very good Van team. Lots of scoring was needed, huh?

I know how it looks, but the defenses both played really good. Turnovers was really the story. Three consecutive lost fumbles for Van in the first half really got the ball rolling for the Buckeyes. The wind really played a key role in the second half. It really limited the vertical passing games for both teams.
