In 4A D1 the Lake Travis/Denton Ryan possible SC game would be a good one.

I wouldn't be surprised if that matchup happens again. The Ryan Raiders are fighting through some injuries right now, so they will definitely have their work cut out for them. I really don't see anybody on the other side of the bracket knocking Lake Travis off, so I'm pretty sure they'll be there. IF they do meet again, I would LOVE to see the Raiders knock them off this time. I was surprised with how LT's defense was able to absolutely shut down the Raider offense last year. I'm hoping it'll be different this time around, and I'd like to see Ryan break LT's championship streak.

In 3A Region III I like most of the picks.

In 2A(D1) Region III I am not so sure. I expect Marlin to beat Troup by 14 or so. Malakoff went 9-1 last year heading into the playoffs and got beat 25-6 by McGregor, so I feel that game with Academy could be very close. If Newton does not beat Jefferson by at least 30 I would be very surprised. Tatum beating Woodville by 30 is easily possible. We shall see.
