Other than anyone on the coaching staff now who would you want as your favorite team's head coach. You can do one for each level. HS, NCAA, and NFL

Here are the rules.

1. It has to be someone other than the head coach now and can't be one of his assisstants.
2. They have to be living and stil in the business of coaching. No retitrees coming back to coach.
3. They coach has to coach that sport. I.E. Terry Francona can't be your high school football coach.
4. They have to be real. Al Pacino can't coach either.
5. Football only.
