Robinson Back in Playoffs

The Robinson Rockets are 3-1 in district 19-3A play (7-2 overall) and have ensured themselves of a playoff berth. All three of the Rockets district wins have been dramatic come from behind victories. They trailed Connally by 12 points (25 - 13) with less than 5 minutes to play and pulled out a one point victory 26-25. They trailed China Spring 19-6 before rallying in the 4th quarter for a 27-19 win. And finally they trailed Lorena 14-3 in the fourth quarter and scored a game winning 80 yard drive in two minutes for a 15-14 victory. Congratulations to the Rockets and Coach Tommy Allison! Good luck in Week 10 vs. Gatesville and Good Luck in the playoffs.

Good pickup with the DC coordinator at quarterback this year. I guess the tall sophomore wide receiver that moved out ot CS may regret that move now. What did you think of the sophomore QB #19 that came in for Lorena when Simpson went down?
