Bowie (6-4 Overall, 4-0 in District) vs Burkburnett (5-4 Overall, 3-1 in District)

If Bowie wins they wrap up the District Championship. If Burk wins, It puts them in a 3-way tie for the DC... but that's the only thing on the line realistically as Burk has already wrapped up D1 and Bowie has the tiebreaker for the D2 spot with Graham regardless.

Bowie is riding a 4 game win streak coming in, while Burk lost 20-16 last week to Graham.

For Bowie this is pretty impressive. A school that turned in 432 kids 2 years ago(429 now) and has a chance to go Undefeated in District vs a team with double their enrollment. Congrats.

Burk is a team that this year switched to the spread offense, and has 2 very potent weapons, Rec #5, and RB #25. Both are game changers.

Not many posters from this district, or these teams... But this will be a 'Burner...

All you people complaining about this GOTW are forgetting that Region 1 Editor was open for the taking but noone stepped up. You Snooze, you lose..just be thankful someone is inputing Region 1 info!!!

According to coaches in the district. If Burk wins by 6 or more Graham gets #1 seed...
