I don't know about them "needing" it. But, yeah, it sure couldn't hurt. Now, more than ever, I think Jasper has the edge on the Cats. Kirbyville does have something to prove next week. I think they are inspired by last year's close finish and determined this year's weaker Bulldog team will be more easily defeated. But, I'll bet the Jasper boys remember how close last year's game was. I imagine they'll be real focused this week during practice and will be quite determined to put 'em in their place once and for all. They better, 'cause they'll need the momentum from a big win to challenge a very strong Newton team.

Smiley and Livingston need to schedule a game. I would pick Livingston by 2 scores.

this game will get the dogs momentum going, but smiley is nothing compared to kirbyville or newton. they were undisciplined and not much of a football team.

For those of you who weren't at the game, Cook looked really good. I left at the end of the 3rd quarter and Jasper had already called off the dogs. :D

I really think that Jasper may have found their groove at this game. I know that Smiley is terrible, but it was nice to see the dogs score a lot of points. Next up: Kirbyville.

Here's to an injury free game. :)

I agree '94 and considering that Kirbyville really hasnt played anyone very good I think the Dogs are better prepared for this one. It will all depend on if the Jasper Offense can get it going adn if they can Jasper wins by 21 or more.

Smiley has got to be one of the best teams in the Houston area if Jasper scheduled them. That Nac team also looks dominating. Then dont forget that awsome Silsbee team they played early.
In my opinion neither team has played anybody worth a
POOO POOOOO.

From now on, Jasper has to be playing their "A" game cause they are wearing a jersey with a big target painted on it.

Well it should be a good game then because Jasper wants redemption for allowing a close game last year. So it is Revenge vs. Redemption!!!
