Just back from the tourney. We (Pirate Nation) showed up in full force at Strahan today. This was our first time to state in volleyball and these girls were a special group of seniors. I hate that they didn't realize their end goal, but very proud of their heart, fight and class. It was an awesome year! Congrats Lady Pirates.

I really wanted to see Wylie play, but things were SO crazy after the game that we ended up stepping outside and never made it back inside. :( Good luck tomorrow Bulldogs!!

congrats to Lovejoy on the win....after the first couple of points in the match i thought we would be there 4 hours. there were some LOONG points. losing the first set really hurt the girls adrenaline i think... and lovejoy made ZERO mistakes in sets 2 and 3. very sound play.

SLP had an amazing run and i think really gave LJ a scare that first set. anyway, good luck to LJ in the final, and has anybody heard why the USC girl didn't play?

There are lots of rumors about the middle blocker and I don't have any facts. From what I hear I doubt she plays today.
