This is a first for this type behavior between these teams. Smithville seems frustrated about not being able to run the ball like they have all year, and Navasota is retaliating. This game is for the District Championship probably and both teams are pretty amped up.

Navasota has 107 yards rushing in the first half and only 50 yards passing.

Mistakes are the key to the first half--turnovers and big penalties have really hurt the Tigers in this first half.

I attended the game that Prosper beat Collinsville 100-0. I think it was around 1960. Prosper had a grudge against Collinsville. The team that beat Prosper to win district had an inelegable player and Collinsville broke the tie that allowed the team to not forfet. Prosper did not make the playoffs, but they hung a 100 on Collinsville.
