Ingleside travels to Rockport to see if they can lock up a playoff spot. Rockport also looking to lock a playoff spot. This should be a good game and another tough battle for both teams. Look for Ingleside to go to the air early like they did against Mathis. Looking forward to watching this game.

I think Ingleside wins this one. It will be like last year. The Rf-Mathis game decides the third playoff spot.

I agree. Ingleside will win a good close one and it should be a good game.

Rockport 3 losses are to 8-0 Port Lavaca Calhoun 41-14, 3-4 Gregory Portland 24-13 and 7-1 Sinton 20-3. Wins are over 5-3 Orange Grove 35-13, 4-4 Flour Bluff 28-7, 2-7 CC Moody 33-7, 5-3 Aransas Pass 41-0 and 1-7 Goliad 38-20.

Seems the most they've given up is 41 points to PLC. They're linebackers are good and strenght of the defense. They have a very good kicker that kick from 50 yds out, well he was making them in warmup

Is R-F big and physical? Are they a running or passing team? I haven't heard much about them other than they lost a key receiver/back with a broken collar bone early in the season.

That should eliminate the confusion.:)yep, They're smaller than last year on the line but better rb even though they lost a good one earlier in the year in Gibson. They also lost their top receiver Seawright. They still like to run it alot even if they're down by a couple of touchdowns.

They run & run some more. I was surprised they were still running the ball when they were down late in the game. They have some size and will get after you. It was a fun game. I'm sure you guys won't have any problems with them since we only beat them by 17. ;)

I had family with me and I wanted to be social :). The Final was Ingleside 49 RF 20. The final qtr and some of the third was backups making lots of mistakes and pretty much no more scoring.

I am glad I attended this game because Marquise Barorolle played a couple of series. I am not sure if he was 100% but what I saw impressed me. That kid can flat out stop, cut, and pick up speed in an instant. He really does change the dynamic of the offense and its going to be nice having him for another year.

Oh and I just so happend to be sitting behind a school official big wig and what I heard him tell two others right in front of me was that Ingleside has scheduled Refugio, Beeville, Flour Bluff, and they are trying to work something out with GP for pre-district in 2012. Calallen wanted to play Ingleside as well, but he said that we had already begun discussions with GP. Now take this for what it is, but the guy that said it is pretty high up on the chain and is a pretty reilable source.

If this is true Ingleside will have a brutal schedule next year with many seniors leaving, but according to some we have a very special group of freshmen and sophmores that will coming up.

everything you're saying is something I already heard, so something must be right....i hope we get GP.
