Sinton/AP game had a fast 1st qtr lol. AP time clock operator had a running clock til finally somebody noticed early in the second qtr. Good thing though otherwise this game would had been much longer with all those flags in the game.

Not if Rockport gets in!

Rockport's last two games are this coming week at Home against Ingleside and then the next week against Mathis at Mathis. If they win one of the games they will have a good chance to get in. A lot depends on what happens this coming week not only with them but with the other teams. We will see.

Aransas Pass had a great opening drive and executed their fake punt very well. We seemed to be out of sync defensively in the first half (credit the Panthers) and it certainly didn't help that the refs kept stopping the flow of the game with their flags!!! Good Lord. We were penalized 13 times and Ap 8 times. I thought we were gonna be there until MID NIGHT!!!

Congrats Pirates!!! Keep it rolling and let's get ready for Mathis!!!

That AP announcer sure was an enthusiastic one wasn't he. Of course in the second half he lost a little of the enthusiasm. :)
