Bush has said on a couple of occasions that France, Russia, and maybe even Germany will have a price to pay. I said some time ago that the motivation behind France and Russia was that they were scared to death that we would find out what they've been up to behind our backs in Iraq. We have already uncovered French missles sold in Iraq in 2002, WELL beyond the date of the UN ban on weapons sales to this regime. Russia had some there with 2000 dates on them.
I personally think we should go to the UN and tell them to take France off the Security Council. Failure to do so should result in the US kicking the whole bunch out. But, that's just my opinion.

Hey 66 I am with you. And after the unbelievable show of force our military has shown in Iraq and considering the fact that we did it as light-handed as we did, what in the hell does France and Russia think gives them the right to speak with out being spoken to first.

I like your thoughts on our EX-allies. Also no company from those countries should be allowed anywhere near Iraq to do reconstruction contracts nor should they have any input in the decision making process.

I think they should pay for our cost in the war AND the costs associated with restoring a freer Iraq.

Well, as one of the Fox reporters suggested, we could sublet a contract to the French to carry out the trash. They should be capable of doing that. Beyond that though, they got no place there.
When a member of the SECURITY council violates a weapons ban, they obviously aren't interested in security, therefore do not belong on the council.
(They are , however, a PERMANENT member just like we are.) I still think we should demand they forfeit their seat or we kick the whole shebang out and let 'em try to set up in Paris.(They won't last long without our protection and financial contribution.)The majority of the general assembly is made up of communist and socialist nations anyway. They don't have any reasons to help set up another democracy. That's why they have such a terrible record in the past.
But, what can you expect from an organization that sets up a human rights council and names Libya to the chair, and a disarmament council and names Iraq as its chair?

We should castrate that country. Find a good ol' hanging tree, throw a noose around it and hang 'em by their balls.

Hmmmmm, we could surgically reattach them, wait for the scars to heal, then hang 'em by them! :D :D :D Whatever price they pay, I hope it amounts to the same thing as a very public bitch-slap !
