Brookshire Royal Falcons! "Americas Team" beat the mighty Stafford Spartans Friday night! Congrats I didn't think ya'll had it in ya. All we have to do is beat those one hit wonders the Bellville Brahmas and the Sealy Seals-Jones/Davis and we are in the playoffs!!! Help me root us on.

I used to go to a lot of Royal games when they played East Bernard way back when-Some were for district titles and one game Royal won 8-6 in 1976 and it was for the district championship. Royal then tied Barbers Hill 10-10 in bi-district. I also went to the game in 1974 when they tied 14-14-

Already saw you all play in Caldwell( up close). I knew in that game the Falcons had turned the corner, (started in the 2ed half). I really believe y'all will beat Columbus, but Bellville and Sealy have too much firepower. Also saw and heard the band rock into the staduim at Caldwell. They are GOOD AND GOOD!!!

gambler, I don't know enough about Royal this year to make a solid prediction. Tell me about 'em! Bellville is playing some good ball. Our new coach has done a great job. He gets the credit for turning a 2-8 team around to 7-0 (so far). For sure, Royal had a great team last year. It wasn't a lot of fun being a Bellville fan last year, but it was fun to watch all those good athletes yall had at Royal. I'm proud that District 24 and our part of the state is being represented on a national stage by Mr. Williams. I hope to see him playing on Sundays in a few years! Yall represented well last year in playoffs.........Columbus was good, they ran right over us last year, but I thought Royal was the better playoff type team.......because you had elite athletes. I think that makes a difference in playoffs, more than the regular season. Not disrespecting Royal at all, but being the second team from D24 worked to your advantage because the first team from
D24 had to face Coldspring in the second round.......no small task and too much for Columbus to handle last year. Coldspring made it to the state championship. Maybe with your athletes, you would have had a better chance of getting by Coldspring than Columbus.

Hey buddy, in case you forgot, Brandon Williams is gone... Not sure where a Brookshire fan gets off saying Bellville (or Sealy for that matter) is a one hit wonder?!?! Besides the last 2 years, Bellville has been strong. Sealy has championships to prove they will always be around (cant believe I am sticking up for Sealy). I just hope the whippin' y'all take from the Bulls this year at The Pasture of Pain doesn't cause any hard feelings :stirpot:
