You probably won't be able to get permission for a tent. It won't meet building codes, no handicap facilities, no elevator, not wired by a certified electrician, no engineer at risk, not bonded or insured. Or, you could do it and ask for forgiveness!

Anchor it so the wind doesn't blow you off.
