This is the biggest Class 2A game in Region IV if not the state
Both are 2-0 in district and coming off shutout wins-EB beat Wharton County rival Boling 46-0 last week and Schulenburg beat rival Weimar 31-0 ast week
Brahmas have a 22-21 loss to No. 1 Class A ranked Ganado in non district- Schulenburg had a tough 21-14 win over rival Shiner earlier in the season. And Shiner lost to Weimar
Both teams have good quarterbacks- Schulenburg has Kyle Bludau who is coaches son-a great passer and rusher
EB has junior Ty Slanina who has committed to A&M
Should be a great game-Shorthorns have the home field advantage and win but it will be close
The teams played twice last year and Schulenburg won both in district 41-16 and regional 37-27
