Looks like 2 evenly matched teams. Aransas Pass runs more than Mathis. Seems like Mathis passes more. Should be a good game.

By the way I'm pulling for the BayRats.:)

Go coach Sollars and AP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just recently met him and I wondered if that might be the coach you were referring to. He is my daughter's history teacher and seems like a nice guy. I heard he will be the softball coach too

Lol...Can he coach softball?

You know, we have a long-lost Mathis poster on this board too.

This game might be toss-up. Mathis seems to have continued nicely from losing their coach last year. AP get's their stud running back this week. Mathis might have a little edge because they played a tougher schedule. Gonna go with Mathis in a close one.

Been going back and forth on this one on caller pick'em, i've changed it 3 times already! Going with Aransas Pass, they seem to be ready to be a challenger for a playoff spot.

I think AP has what it takes to pull out the win and having your stud RB back in the mix only helps. This is going to be a good one. I hope that it is an injury free gam.e

This game will determine whether AP finishes the year 6-4 or 7-3. I think the real AP shows up and Mathis wins.

How long has Washington been out and is it due to injury or off the field issues?

With the return of Butler I'll take AP by 10.

APPF send me updates!!

So you don't they have a shot at all to make the playoffs? We will certainly see in the next couple of weeks.

No. I have said it all year. They played 4 2A schools and 1 3A school in Preseason. I think they are the 2nd best 2A school in this area behind Refugio. But that is my opinion.
