The Bulldogs should win this one easily-The Tigers played Columbus tough in a 43-41 loss two weeks ago but got crushed by Navasota 54-0.

Sweeny handled a good Cy Falls JV team pretty well-El Campo had trouble beating them

The Rattlers must be pretty good-

Brad Wright is one of the best coaches Wharton has had since Russell Roberts- but can only do so much with not much talent

That was Clear Creek Falls Varsity team, but they don't have seniors yet and will not be aligned until next year. CCF currently has 5 teams and will be 5A next year. Last Friday was the best we played this year, I am optimistic it will continue. Wharton will be ready, and it will be tough game. You've got it right about Brad Wright and his staff, they are doing a great job. The wins will come for Wharton.... After this week of course.

Wharton played us tough last year 14-9 Sweeny Win. I think if we jump on them early it will be beneficial for the Dog's.

My advice would be to jump them as they come out of the locker room. That door is small & they can only come out one at a time...

Will anyone (radio station or web service) be broacasting the game on the web from Brazoria County-I know that no Radio Station in Wharton County will be?

I might attend this game as a fan since Louise is off Friday and I don't have to cover a game for the El Campo Leader-News

I have never went to a Wharton game as a fan- only as a reporter-If I don't go to this game-I'll go see Danbury at Boling

I am unaware of any in Brazoria County as well. Guess we'll have either go to the game or wait for people to give us updates.

Now the Tigers can make the playoffs if they can beat Palacios or Needville-Doubt they have a chance against the Necks next week
