Should be a good game for Sinton before district and hopefully injury free game for both teams.

Good test for Sinton run defense, they had Robstown in minus yards after 1st qtr and not sure what they finish at. Sinton open the passing game to start the 2nd half and quickly score 2 quick tds and coasted after that with working on the run game.

I think Sinton will win a close 28 to 24 thriller. Orange Grove has Coach Bomar and you know how his son was a great qb at Oklahoma. That increases the risk.

I knew this would be a tough game for us and predicted a 10 point win. It's a good win heading into district. I think we escaped relatively injury free although there were some good, hard hitting going on in this game. :thumbsup:

Next week is gonna be very tough, but it's a new season and they all count now. GO PIRATES GO!!!

Run defense was solid again, just getting beat on pass coverage and a few blown coverages. But still play good at times against the pass. Orange Grove has some good coaching this year, they look very well coached and wouldn't be suprise if they win their district.

Offense sputtered in the first qtr and picked it up after that. Sinton run defense and special teams have been solid this year, now just need the pass defense and offense to keep improving as Sinton gets its toughest challenges from the start with Rockport and then Ingleside.

Wish I would have made this game, sounds like a good one. But from what I gather this was one of Sinton's "toughest challenges" this season. Sinton will get challenged again by Mathis and Aransas Pass, those will be challenges. Ingleside and Rockport will most likely go 1 and 2.

Ingleside and Rockport will most likely go 1 and 2.yes, that was what i was trying to refer to as far as district goes that Rockport and Ingleside are pick 1 and 2 by most so those would be Sinton toughest challenges from the start. Sinton games will most likely all be close in district as we dont have a consistant offense and give up big plays to often on defense, but they will be underdogs in the first two most likely.
