Not anyone from Pilot Point......we've forgotten how to run the ball.....also forgotten how to throw the ball (at least to the right team), forgotten how to block, tackle, punt, sometimes they forget to get off the bus.......sigh 1-3 through non-district, hoping they can at least get wins against Aubrey and Whitesboro in district but the way they're playing right now and with as many injured/sick as we have it's not looking good right now.

Is Sadler a snr? Saw on another thread he had 6 carries for 205 yds and 4 TD's last night... he needs to slow down if he wants to get some more playing time ;0)

Statistics on a running back's true talent level is misleading at best. There are many, many rb's on teams across the state that: (1.) play on teams that pass at least 35% (2.) share the duties with the qb or another back at least 40% (3.) Play a more competitive schedule or in a more competitive district or both (4.) Play only 3 qrtrs. or until the game is in hand before being pulled (5.)Get to run behind superior O-lines. Need I say more? Statistics are only a partial gage of the true measure of the quality of that particular rb in that particular offense that particular year playing its particular schedule. Nothing more, nothing less. When the playoffs begin, we can see the cream rise to the top against stiffer competition, and always do.

That and the topic is 3As leading rusher, not, 3As best running back.

Sadler was pulled after 1 1/2 qtrs with the score at 50-3. A smart move by the coaches to avoid chance of injury. Just ask Hondo's Cade Rosenbaum. He fractured his elbow and will undergo surgery on Tuesday. Out at least six weeks.

Sadler is a beast! That's terrible news about Rosenbaum. Huge loss for Hondo as he really had the offense clicking.

Add...one of a number of RB's that are part of a rotation...fresh legs & East Texas Speed are a leathal combination.

I am thinking Aubrey stands it's best chance of all time to actually beat PP this year, having not watched either team this season, am I crazy to think that? That's what I was led to believe by a colleague. Not so much that Aubrey is so great this season, but that Pilot Point is way down and your RB/QB did not even play last season but were able to come in and take the positions with ease this season. Again, I haven't followed the team since 2008, but the victory over Liberty Christian, and Pilot Point's loss to them by 23 points makes me think they have their best shot this year.

What do you think?

short video of Joseph Sadler. Seems like some one from Bandera posted this on utube. Is there anyone else that has any video of Joseph Sadler? This is a good video but not the best of him.

the teams that devine played have been decided by the first half. some of your above par teams have played those same teams and have been close to a point. devine has done all its damage in the 1st half. devine is a good team, trust me.
